The ten sessions of 4-R'ing the Seven Principles of America's Christian History and Government completes the Principle Approach® Foundation studies and guides the participant through an in depth study of the Seven Principles identified by Rosalie Slater in Teaching and Learning (T&L) by using the distinctive method of 4-R'ing: Researching, Reasoning, Relating, and Recording.
Participants will complete several Word Studies of key vocabulary as well as the lessons outlined in the "Expanding the Principle" section for each of the Seven Principles in T&L. These will become the record stored in the Foundations Notebook: Principles Section. The T&L "Expanding the Principles" studies also provide a thorough overview of key links of America's Christian history.
The Seven Principles course is appropriate for all adult learners, especially teachers and home schooling parents. It is also suitable for junior and senior high students to facilitate their studies of the principles. Once the leading ideas of the seven principles are mastered, the identification of these and other principles in all studies and all areas of life and living become more easily and spontaneously discerned and applied.
In addition to the texts you used for Foundations, you will need The Christian History of the American Revolution: Consider and Ponder for this course. Course participants are eligible for a discount on the required texts through the FACE Bookstore; a coupon code is noted on the group homepage.
NOTE: After payment processing you will have access to the course added to your member profile by the end of the next business day. At that time you will be able to access the course after log-in by clicking GROUPS in the sidebar where a link to the course will be listed.
